Who processes my payment?

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, our authorized payment processor.

Why does my statement mention Stripe?

Stripe handles billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance on behalf of Harmonix. Your card or bank statement will reference Stripe or Harmonix.

What payment methods are supported?

Payment methods depend on your location and are presented by Stripe at checkout. These may include credit/debit cards and local payment options.

Are taxes included?

Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and collected where required by law.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. After that period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Is my payment information stored by Harmonix?

No. Harmonix does not store or process your payment card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
